Tax day is almost here

47% American earners pay no federal income tax but the "top 10 percent of earners -- households making an average of $366,400 in 2006 -- paid about 73 percent of the income taxes"

    So one in ten households is bringing home 366k or more a year? I love this country.

    Its not exactly true, because many small businesses pay personal income.
