Departing FTC Commissioner plugs coauthor's book

A plug from a departing FTC Commissioner seems more significant than from one just starting out.  Interview with Noah Phillips (link): 

The best thing I have read recently is Greg Werden [career economist at Department of Justice, Antitrust Division], Foundations of Antitrust, so well written. It’s so readable. Right? A lot of the stuff I do is not particularly readable, but I think his book is terrific.
