She is shameless. Since there are more voting borrowers than voting lenders this is an attempt to try and ingratiate herself to irresponsible borrowers unable to honor their commitments.
What really gets me is her using the government as a coercive tool against lenders to advance her presidential ambitions. Shameless.
Most are worried about borrowing abuses, but it's readily apparent that the majority of lenders willing gave out loans to those who they knew couldn't afford them.
And the odds are now quite high, especially since a predatory lending investigation is underway, that there were some illegal lending practices at play.
Is Clinton's approach the right one? I don't know. But to forget about the lenders would be naive. Let's not allow yet another corporate buyout to occur.
