- Banning foreign competition by tightening so-called Buy American rules for federal infrastructure projects.
- Biden called on Congress to pass the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, which would effectively ban competition from independent contractors.
- banning competition on imported solar panels (tariffs)
