First and foremost what consumers need is education. Then they need protection from the so called protectors (intellectuals, policy makers etc) who cannot speak simply and clearly.
And since "incentives" seem to be the new buzz word, I wonder what kind of incentives are needed to make people talk with clarity and with no depth!
