Unintended Consequences of Stimulus Checks

Retailers like Sears, Wal-Mart, Kroger and Radio Shack all have plans in place to try to capture part of the proceeds of the rebate checks from President Bush's Economic Stimulus plan.

It looks like that's not the only place the checks are going.
