Nashville has been flirting with performance pay for teachers. But Teachers' Union VP Stephen Curtis objects to incentives because they send "the message that staff members themselves are at least partly responsible for a given school's performance problems."
If Curtis is correct--that teachers are not even partly responsible for performance--I know a much cheaper way to educate students.
I think we will always get rewards if we perform well consistently, I don’t think we should be concern but anything if we are good enough, it is just about time and we will find things working out well, but if we worry over other stuff instead of focusing on performance then sooner or later we will fall out. I do trading without worrying about results, but they come due to giving 100% effort, but it is true that I get a lot of help from OctaFX broker through their low spreads and bonuses.
